Today we know about some important event and major date.

1857-

BP was born on 22 February 1857 in Stanhol Street, Lancaster Gate, London.

1870- 

Entered Charter House with a scholarship.

1876 ​​- 

In the recruitment competition of army officers, out of 700 candidates, came second from Cavalry and fourth in Infantry.

1883- 

Become a Captain at the age of 26.

1900

On 17 May 1900, after receiving military aid from England, BP conquered the Boers.

1907-

First experimental camp of 20 boys from 29th July to 09th August at Brown Sea Island near Pool Harbour in English Channel

1908 -

The book Scouting for Boys was published 

1909 -

11000 scouts participated in the scout rally of Crystal Palace London, some girls of Wolf Patrol also came to this rally wearing scout hats and scarves.

 1910 - 

bp With the help of her sister Miss Agnes Baden Powell, B.P. started girl guiding

1911 -

30,000 Scouts salute George V at the Second Scout Rally at Windsor Palace 

1912 -

BP Married Miss Oleve St. Claire Soames.

1914 -

Scouts did aid work from World War I from 1914 to 1918. From 5 August 1914 to 7 March 1920, a total of 23,000 Scouts assisted in hospitals and coast defense.

1916 -

Wolf Cub Foundation and wrote Wolf Cub Handbook

1919 -

Wrote the book 'AIDS to Scout Mastership'. Gilwell Park land. Scouters became the Higher Training Center.rovring started

1920 -

The first World Scout Jamboree was held at Olympia, London, in which 8000 scouts from 34 countries were taken. When did 15 scouts and 8 from India joined? On August 6, 1920, B.P. Was declared the World Chief Scout

1921 -

bp arrived in India.

1922 -

The book titled "Roving to Success" was published

1924 -

Second World Jamboree was held in 1924, Ermelunden, near Copenhagen, Denmark, in which 4549 scouts from 33 countries participated.

1929 -

The 3rd World Jamboree took place at Aeropark, Birkenhead, England. 50,000 scouts from 69 countries participated

1930 -

Lady BP world chief guide

1933 -

The 4th World Jamboree took place in Godolo, Hungary in which about 25,000 scouts from 54 countries participated.

1937 -

BP and Lady B.P. came back to India. All India Jamboree was organized in Delhi. Fifth World Jamboree held in Holland in which 28,750 Scouts from 34 countries participated

1941 -

On January 8, 1941, after a long illness in Kenya, after living a splendid life of 83 years 10 months 17 days, B.P. Died. He was buried in Mount Kenya (Africa).
