SCOUT GUIDE SIGN
The Scout/Guide sign is a secret sign of introduction and identification. By showing this sign, any scout guide anywhere in the world gives information about being a member of each other's scout guide organization. To become a member of this institution, it is mandatory for every boy / girl to take an oath (pledge). This oath is taken by making a scout guide symbol. The Scout/Guide salute is a sign of respect and humility. Whoever sees first salutes. He salutes what he sees first every day without making any distinction between small and big.
While giving salute, taking the right hand in the line of the shoulder and bending it with the elbow in such a way that the index finger touches the middle part above the right brow. After stopping for two to three seconds, the hand is dropped from the way forward.
Salute should be given on the following occasions:-
* While hoisting the National Flag, Bharat Scout Guide Flag and World Scout Guide Flag, salute is done in a state of caution. Apart from this, the team / team will salute the hero in the inspection of the team / team. At the time of landing the flag should be careful not to salute.
